Rob Lowe is finally aging, but certainly not at the same pace as the rest of us!

DailyMail.com may have just stumbled upon the hunky sexagenarian's secret fountain of youth - a smoothie and green juice from Pierre LaFond's Marketplace in Montecito.

Rob has said that besides good genes, he exercises regularly, gets lots of sleep, and adheres to the low carbohydrate Atkins diet to maintain his youthful appearance.

But as these exclusive photos reveal, Rob's post-workout routine includes a protein smoothie and green veggie juice from the local Montecito hot spot.

DailyMail.com learned that both he and his wife of 32-years Sheryl, 62, are regulars at the juice bar.

In previous interviews, Rob said that he does allow himself to 'cheat' every so often with pizza, cheeseburgers, ice cream and nachos.

The former Brat Pack actor wore a pink sweatshirts and blue sweatpants. 

He tried to lay low in a baseball cap but was easily recognized.

One female customer could be over heard telling her son while peeking around a corner, 'I'm going to walk by to get a better look!'

She pretended to be chatting on her phone as she sauntered past the actor on a bench outside the market.

Rob - who was sipping his smoothie - appeared oblivious to the theatrics going on around him.

What the shopper probably didn't realize is that Rob is one of the friendliest stars in Montecito.

He has a reputation of being very approachable to everyone who says hi or wants a photo.

This is unlike that other famous local Ellen DeGeneres who has been known to wave fans away without making eye contact or alternatively, give them a short speech about wanting her privacy.

He and Sheryl are known locally for flipping homes and making big profits. 

They currently reside in a massive beach house near Fernald Point Beach.

After years of hit movies and TV shows, he is enjoying doing his 'LITERALLY With Rob Lowe' podcast.

He and Sheryl are parents to sons Matthew, 31, and John Owen, 29.

As busy as he was when his sons were growing up - starring on hit TV shows like The West Wing - a very down-to-earth Rob used to volunteer at his kids' private school, working in the cafeteria serving food to the students and acting as a crossing guard while wearing a bright orange vest.
